I really liked this post because it’s uncanny how much this reminds me of my own father. My father and I have almost the same relationship, he’s very quiet and it’s difficult for me to relate to him. By coincidence, he’s also an engineer, haha.

Anyway, great post, and i’A we can take advantage of the time we have with our parents while they are here, learn from them, and learn to appreciate all they do for us.

ahah i love the part about the nerds.. my dad was an electrical engineering major tooo lol

but i love the point of this entry.. to stop looking at our mom and dad as just parents and to see them as people who have experienced more than us. i hope we all find a connection to our parents that makes us appreciate them more iA!
